About The Nerve Centre
The Nerve Centre was established in 1990 as a focal point for youth culture in Derry ~Londonderry, and has become Northern Ireland’s leading creative media arts centre. The Nerve Centre offers a wide-ranging program of arts and cultural activity, cutting edge projects, creative learning centres, training opportunities, and state-of-the-art production facilities. We don’t fund film production – NI Screen has the remit to do this in NI.

Derry City
Derry, officially Londonderry, is the second largest city in Northern Ireland, and is probably most famous for its role in the conflict in Northern Ireland. The Nerve Centre hosts the annual Foyle Film Festival celebrating independent films, acclaimed feature films, documentaries and short films.
