Position Title: Project developer/ Fundraiser
Key responsibilities
Fase 1 (Fee: 3.000€ VAT included)
- Develop and conceptualize a large-scale project aimed at strengthening the Screen Talent network and providing meaningful opportunities for emerging filmmakers across member organizations
- Identify and research potential funding opportunities, including European grants, cultural programs, sponsorships, and private-sector partnerships
- Provide a comprehensive prospect for the project and a funding plan for ongoing implementation
Fase 2
(Not part of this job proposal, but a preview of the follow-up assignment after successful completion of the first phase. Agreements regarding the fee for phase 2 will be made at a later stage)
- Lead the application process for funding programs, including writing grant proposals and coordination with member organizations
- Work closely with the Screen Talent Europe board to align funding strategies with the network’s vision and long-term goals
- Propose innovative and sustainable business models to diversify the network’s income streams based on the research for funding
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the progress of funding
Required qualifications
- Proven ability to develop and create projects
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, grant writing, or business development, ideally within the creative or cultural sector
- Proven ability to secure funding and sponsorships from diverse sources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grant proposal writing
- Knowledge of European funding programs (e.g., Creative Europe, Erasmus+, national film funds) is a strong advantage
