About Screen Talent Europe:
Screen Talent Europe is a network of talent development organisations and film funds that support emerging filmmakers across Europe. Our mission is to foster creativity, cultural exchange, and impactful storytelling across borders.
We’re looking for partners who:
- Share our passion for empowering new filmmakers
- Offer year-round talent development, mentorship, or funding in film and TV
- Are committed to supporting creative projects that reflect diverse perspectives
As an STE partner, you will:
- Join a network dedicated to film talent development across Europe
- Access an international platform to promote your programmes
- Co-organise events, workshops, and labs with leading European talent development centres
- Participate in exciting international film projects
- Support the professional growth of new filmmakers by providing them with resources, mentorship and visibility
Criteria:
Organisations interested in joining must:
- Support talent development through hands-on learning and non-formal education for emerging filmmakers, with a proven track record of success.
- Focus on adult learners (programmes for individuals aged 18 and over).
- Operate on a non-profit basis.
- Promote diversity, inclusivity, and cultural/geographical representation.
- Commit to sustainability across social, environmental, and ecological areas.
- Actively engage in STE activities and collaborations.
- Employ innovative educational methods.
How to apply:
If your organization aligns with our mission, we invite you to send us a short proposal outlining your organization’s work, your vision for partnership, and how you believe we can collaborate to support emerging film talent. You will be selected from among the applicants to present physically or online for all the partners of STE at our General Assembly in Berlin on the 13th of February. The partners will vote for new members after your presentation.
